As the French national treasure enamel cast iron pot in the use of the process, there are some places where we need our attention as below:
Before using
1.Opening the product packaging to confirm whether the product is damaged.
2.The enamel cast iron pot surface may have a slight bump marks,which naturally
Formed during the production,but it does not the affect the use of the pot.
3. When firstly use the pot, must add suitable detergent and some hot water to clean it,then wiping the inside&outside to keep drying.
4.Before the first cooking,food oil needs to be coated 2-3times inside&mouth of the pot,after drying then use.
During the Using
1.Suitable for any stove, including induction cooker and oven.
2.Before cooking,firstly wipe moisture inside&outside of pot,avoid the black surface.
3.To avoid a long time empty pot cooking, easy to cause fire and pot deformation.
4.To avoid excessive cooking oil&butter in the pot.
5.Food capacity should be controlled 70%-80% of the total volume of the pot,
Expanded food should be less than 50%
6.It is recommended to use non-metallic cooking utensils to avoid scratching the
enamel surface.
7.In the cooking process, it is recommended not to leave the cooking console for a long time.
8.Always use an oven mitt to prevent burns due to the pot handle and knob lid material are cast iron or other metal.
9.Pls put on the hot pot on trivet,rather than directly on the table which is not protected.
10.Although the Geovein pot has excellent resistance to strong acid&alkali food,but should avoid the acid&alkali for long time in it.
